Travel & Accommodations

Getting to Pensacola

Out-of-town guests can fly into Pensacola International Airport (PNS), which is about a 15-minute drive to downtown Pensacola and about a 25-minute drive to Pensacola Beach.

Where to Stay

Instead of reserving a block at one hotel, we wanted to give our guests the flexibility to choose what works best for them. Some of you may prefer staying in downtown Pensacola (close to the ceremony and reception venues), while others may enjoy making a weekend out of it at Pensacola Beach (about 20 minutes away, with beautiful Gulf views).
To help with planning, we’ve gathered a list of recommended hotels in both areas at different price points.
